Thanks, Edo-san, Autumn is here and even with some warm days ahead, the light is noticeably diminishing in the evenings. We spent a good deal of the day in our little garden.

Several years now, I’ve replaced wheat flour with chickpea flour which doesn’t work well in bread making.
We also avid wheat these days! 💓
